The XR Energy project aims to improve flexible and illustrative education and training in the field of energy transition. To achieve this, exemplary learning units will be developed, and XR (extended reality) templates for these learning units will be created for direct use in classroom.
Entry barriers to the creation and use of digital learning content must be jointly identified and minimized so that XR templates can be adapted by teachers to their own needs and training plans in the future. It should also be possible to transfer these XR templates to other fields of activity without significant effort.
Results
- Prototypes of XR templates and at least 10 learning units developed in the field of energy transition.
- A comprehensive evaluation of the use of these learning units in real education and training events.
- A guide for teachers on how to adapt, modify, and use templates according to their own pedagogical needs.
- A guide for education and training organization leaders and SMEs on how this approach can be used to provide professional support and dynamic development to educational measures.
